Terms of Service & Community Guidelines

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using OMG Voice & Chat ("OMG") you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old.
One person may use one account per phone number or email. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Do not impersonate other people, staff or brands.

3. Community guidelines — zero tolerance

The following is not allowed in voice rooms, chat, messages, profiles, room names/covers or uploaded media:

Sexual content or nudity, and any content that sexualises minors (reported to authorities).
Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or discrimination.
Violence, self-harm promotion, terrorism or dangerous acts.
Scams, fraud, phishing, selling accounts, or unauthorised sale/exchange of diamonds outside official channels.
Illegal goods, drugs, weapons or real-money gambling.
Spam or sharing other people's private information.
Content that infringes copyright, including playing music or video you do not have the right to share.

Room hosts can mute, kick and ban users in their rooms. We may remove content, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these rules, without refund of virtual items.

4. Reporting

If you see content or behaviour that breaks these rules, report it to us at the contact address in the app with the user's OMG ID or room ID. We review reports and act on violations.

5. Virtual items

Diamonds, coins, gifts, frames and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value, are licensed to you (not sold), and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Virtual items are non-refundable except where required by law or by the store you purchased through.
We may adjust balances obtained through bugs, fraud or chargebacks.
Lucky Spin and similar features award only virtual items and do not involve real money prizes.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a licence to host, store and display it so the service can work. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload or play.

7. Copyright complaints

If you believe content in OMG infringes your copyright, send the details (the work, where it appears in the app, and your contact information) to the contact address in the app. We will remove infringing content.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Me → Settings → Account → Delete Account or at /delete-account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for content posted by users. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
